Bob Krishfield gave a report on Exchange Traded Funds (ETF). ETF’s act as a basket of stocks that are traded as an individual stock on the AMEX (American Stock Exchange). The most prominent ETF’s and their equivalent index are Diamonds DJ-30 (Dow Jones); SPDRs (S&P500); Midcap SPDR (S&P400); QQQ (Nasdaq 100); Sector SPDRs (Various sectors); Holders (20 sectors); and Ishares (Various countries/other).Vic Awdeychuk gave a report on his tracking of the S&P500 over the past two years. His charts indicate that the S&P500 October low is equivalent to the lows reached in 1998 and 1999.
